4 tablespoons Hemp seed, 4 tablespoons flax seed, an avocado, a head of romaine, cup of ginger kombucha, hemp milk, a splash of pineapple juice, NUFF BERRIES!

Burn your supplements, they are mostly waste products of food processing.
